September 6: Stephen Ganis Presents at Angels and Venture Event

Steve Ganis was a guest speaker at an “Angels and Venture” event, speaking about the Federal JOBS Act and pending proposals to lift the ban on general solicitation and advertising in private placement offerings of equity securities, and to permit issuers to raise up to $1 million via equity crowdfunding.  The “Angels and Venture” event was sponsored in part by The Funding Post and The SoHo Loft and was held at the Stamford Innovation Center in Stamford, CT.  The article in the Stamford Advocate is published here:
